I use Aprés gel-x nail tips. Here's the sizing I work with. Every custom set includes the quarter method for a precise fit at no extra cost. For pre-designed sets, you can add the quarter method for a more precise fit for +$2.

The quarter method is exactly what it sounds like, you send me a clear photo of your fingers laid flat next to a US quarter, and I use the coin as a real-scale reference to size every nail individually. It's a little tedious, but it's a lot more precise than guessing from the standard XS–L chart, especially if your nail beds vary between fingers (most of ours do!).
Step by step
Rest your hand on a flat surface with fingers spread slightly apart and palm facing down.
Set a quarter right next to your fingers so it sits in the same plane as your nails. This gives me a real-scale reference.
Snap a well-lit photo of each hand from directly above. Make sure the quarter and every nail are fully in frame.
Push your cuticles back gently and lightly buff your natural nail before application. It makes the glue last 2–3× longer.
